Who We Are

Data We Collect

• Account details such as email, authentication provider, user ID, and profile setup status.
• Profile details such as name, age, gender, school, department, interests, bio, photos, and preferences you choose to provide.
• App activity such as likes, matches, chat messages, call activity, wallet transactions, premium status, reports, and support requests.
• Media you upload, including profile photos, chat images, voice notes, and similar user-generated content.
• Device and technical data such as app version, push notification identifiers, logs, crash signals, and security metadata.
• Payment status and purchase metadata from payment providers such as Google Play, RevenueCat, and Paystack. We do not store full card details.

How We Use Data

We use data to create accounts, show profiles, power matching and chat, process premium access, send notifications, support safety tools, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Sharing and Processors

We may share data with service providers that help operate the app, including Supabase for backend services, RevenueCat and Google Play for Android purchases, Paystack for web payments, OneSignal and Firebase for notifications, ZEGOCLOUD for calls, and analytics or infrastructure providers used to secure and operate the service.

Safety, Reporting, and Moderation

Reports, safety concerns, suspicious activity, and child safety concerns may be reviewed and acted on to protect users and comply with applicable law and platform policies.

Security

We use access controls, authentication, database security policies, encrypted transport, and provider security controls to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data while your account is active or as needed for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, payment, and operational reasons. You can request account deletion through the Delete Account page.

Your Choices

You can update your profile, control some notification settings, stop using the app, or request account deletion. You may also contact support for privacy questions.
