These terms govern your use of The College Date website and Android app.
Eligibility
The College Date is intended for adults. You must be legally allowed to use dating and social discovery services in your location and must provide accurate account information.
User Conduct
You may not harass, threaten, impersonate others, scam users, upload illegal content, exploit minors, share non-consensual intimate material, spam, or attempt to bypass safety or security controls.
User Content
You are responsible for the profile details, messages, media, and other content you provide. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, safety rules, platform policies, or applicable law.
Premium Features and Payments
Premium features may be offered through Google Play, RevenueCat, Paystack, or other payment providers. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the payment platform used for purchase.
Safety and Reports
Users should follow safety guidance, protect private information, meet carefully if they choose to meet offline, and report suspicious or harmful behavior through support or in-app reporting tools where available.
Account Restrictions
We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service protection.
